The miniaturized Chocolate Stuffed Pound Cakes are baked in a miniature muffin tin, with a piece of chocolate placed into the center of each. Ingredients

1 Cup Butter, unsalted, softened
8oz Cream Cheese, softened
2 1/2 Cups Sugar
5 Eggs, large
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Cups Cake Flour
Salt, pinch
Cream the butter, cream cheese, and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Slowly integrate the cake flour and salt. Spoon teaspoons of the batter into a greased and floured miniature muffin tin until each form is about 1/3 full. Place a chocolate morsel, kiss, or other delicious candy into the center of each, and place another spoonful of batter on top to cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 16-18 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Set aside to cool.
